Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in square pan.
    Top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon mixed together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve warm.
