Snow White Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar or 1 1/2 Tbsp. Karo
2 egg whites
Preparation

Microwave on Roast the sugar, water and the Karo or cream of tartar until boiling.
Beat the egg whites to soft peaks.
Add syrup slowly while still beating.
Beat until thick and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Spread on your favorite cake.
