Wild Rice And Artichoke Hearts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked wild rice
    1 (10 oz.) can consomme
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Wash and drain wild rice.
    Place rice, consomme, water and salt in saucepan.
    Heat to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, until tender, approximately 45 minutes.
