Seasoned Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground celery seed
    1 lb. fish fillets
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Place fish on greased grill over medium coals or rack of broiler pan, 2 to 4 inches from heat. Brush with 1/2 of the mayo mixture.
    Grill or broil 5 to 8 minutes.
    Turn; brush with remaining mixture.
    Continue grilling (broiling) 5 to 8 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
