Sorbetto Di Limone(Italian Lemonade) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large lemons
    3/4 c. sugar
    water
Preparation
    Wash and dry lemons and grate zest from them.
    Set zest aside. Squeeze juice and save.
    Add enough water to juice to make 1 quart. Add sugar and zest; mix and let rest for 30 minutes.
    Strain all and place into ice cream maker and allow to \"freeze\".
    Enjoy!
