"Pain Au Saumon" - Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sockeye salmon
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    2 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon. Add 2 cups bread crumbs, eggs, milk, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Delicious when served with a fresh cucumber salad.
