Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast, cut into cubes
    1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
    1 small jar pepperoncini peppers
    1 pkg. au jus gravy mix (dry)
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into crock-pot and cook on high 6 to 8 hours. When tender enough to pull apart, serve on regular or long hoagie buns.
