Carob Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. cashews, ground fine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pitted chopped dates, softened in 1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. carob powder
    1 Tbsp. Postum (optional)
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients in blender.
    Add dates.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir constantly.
    Cool. Pour into nut granola base and cool in fridge.
