Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small carton sour cream
1/3 soup can water
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Precook the chicken by baking or boiling.
Cut up into bite size pieces when cool.
Put this in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Mix soup, water and sour cream and pour over the chicken. Crush the crackers and add the poppy seed and cover the soup mixture.
Melt a stick of butter and pour over the top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
