Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water with 1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. room temperature buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. oil
    5 c. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Add yeast to water mixture; let set 5 minutes.
    Then add to flour, soda, oil and buttermilk.
    Mix with spoon until well combined.
    Roll out and cut biscuits and put into baking sheet; let rise about an hour.
    Then bake until golden brown.
