Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 3/4 c. water
Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. oil
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. milk
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown meat; pour off fat.
Add sauce mix, water and tomato paste.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Beat together eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt and pour over filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
