Nana Cooper'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 pkg. dry yeast in 1/2 c. warm water
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Pat down to 1/4-inch and cut with a small cutter.
    Brush with butter and fold in half.
    Brush again with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
