Moon Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes 1/8-inch thick lengthwise.
Place in cold water.
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a paper bag, shake flour and Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Shake 1/2 of potatoes at a time until well coated.
Lay in pan with butter in a single layer.
Bake all at 350\u00b0 for up to an hour; turn after 1/2 hour.
Crispy and good!
