French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 onions, sliced
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    4 c. water
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    1 can beef broth
    6 slices toast
    oleo
    garlic salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions in the oleo. Add flour, Worcestershire sauce, water and broth. Simmer for 1 hour or until onions are tender. Serve with toasted bread with butter, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Cut toast up into small pieces. Top soup and croutons with Mozzarella cheese.
