Creamy Chocolate Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. Crisco
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine confectioners sugar and egg.
Combine sugar and water. Boil for 1 minute.
Add slowly to first mixture; blend well.
Add Crisco, melted chocolate and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Spreads easily.
Does not dry out.
