Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium shell macaroni
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded process cheese
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    Combine macaroni, egg and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Combine bread crumbs and butter, stirring well. Sprinkle over macaroni.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
