Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained pineapple
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla with the zucchini and pineapple.
    Fold in the sifted, dry ingredients and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes two large or three small loaves.
