Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
Stir in zucchini.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add flour mixture to zucchini mixture.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans (greased).
