Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 12 to 16 oz. mushrooms
    1 small onion
    8 oz. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Trim ends.
    Remove stems.
    Finely dice stems and onions.
    Saute in margarine to brown.
    Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and cheese.
    Fill caps with mixture and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
