Chuck Wagon Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. picante sauce
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and finely chopped
2 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2/3 c. sliced green onions with tops
Preparation

Brown meat with garlic in large saucepan; drain.
Stir remaining ingredients except green onions.
Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green onion; simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
Ladle chili into bowls. Serve with toppings and additional picante sauce.
Serves 4.
