Light Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup applesauce
    1/3 cup Hershey chocolate (cocoa)
    2 eggs or egg substitute
    1 cup Turbinado brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 cup pure maple syrup
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup powdered milk or skim milk (add 1/4 cup vinegar or 1 cup buttermilk)
    1 tsp. pure vanilla
    2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
Preparation
    Put wet ingredients in bowl.
    Add dry ingredients and milk. Beat.
    Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
