Pumpkin Tea Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Add measured amount of sugar to oil.
Mix well.
Add pumpkin and eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix spices and flour well.
Add to liquid mixture.
Pour into ungreased angel food cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
(Optional:
Add 1 cup nuts and 2/3 cup raisins.)
I use six 1-pound foil pans and cook about 50 to 60 minutes.
