Sheryl'S Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 15 minutes.
    Gradually add 1 cup sugar to eggs. Add pumpkin and juice to mixture.
    Sift dry ingredients and
    add to mixture.
    Spread out on greased and floured cookie sheet.
    Top with
    chopped
    walnuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn
    out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Roll together and chill.
