Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. scalded milk
1/2 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
1 c. water
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs
6 c. plain flour
Preparation

Combine milk, shortening, sugar, salt and water.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add dry yeast.
Stir in eggs.
Add flour.
Mix until dough is well blended.
Use now or cover and put in greased bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
Roll dough; cut and dip in butter.
Let rise until doubles in bulk.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until browned.
