Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn meal mix
1 stick melted oleo
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
6 oz. buttermilk
1 small chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, thawed

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
