Raisin Sauce For Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. apple cider
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Measure cornstarch into saucepan.
Gradually stir in apple cider.
Add butter and raisins.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Boil and stir one minute. Serve warm.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
