Sweet And Sour Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 lb. sausage, rolled in small balls, browned and drained
Preparation

Blend together the sugar, flour and mustard.
Stir pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Drop sausage in sauce and simmer slowly for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
