Banana Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mashed banana
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add bananas, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk; set aside. Sift together the soda, salt and flour; stir in nuts.
    Turn banana mixture into dry ingredients and stir briefly.
    Fill well-greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
