Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, cocoa, milk and corn syrup.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until 234\u00b0 or to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat; add butter and peanut butter.
Do not stir!
Cool to 110\u00b0; add vanilla and nuts.
Beat until fudge becomes creamy and loses its gloss.
Put into a buttered 8-inch pan.
