Green Peppers (Stuffed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green peppers, cleaned, washed and parboiled for 5 minutes
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 stalk celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. oats
    1/2 c. crackers or bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Mix ingredients (except tomato sauce) and put into parboiled peppers.
    Pour tomato sauce over top and bake in a 13 x 9-inch dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
