Jean'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except raisins, carrots and nuts.
    Fold in carrots, raisins and nuts.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour in lasagna pan.
    When cool, ice with Cream Cheese Topping.
