Cold Noodles With Spicy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts
    4 oz. fine egg noodles
    1 tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1/4 c. sesame paste
    3 Tbsp. brewed tea
    2 Tbsp. hot oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. peanut, vegetable or corn oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
Preparation
    In large saucepan, bring about 6 cups of water to a boil and simmer chicken about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Do not overcook or meat will be dry.
    Remove chicken breasts but leave water in pot.
    Bring water to a boil again.
    Do not add salt.
    Add noodles and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are tender, 7 minutes or less. Drain in a colander and run under cold water until they are thoroughly chilled and the strands are separated.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle with teaspoon of sesame oil and toss to coat.
    Set aside.
