Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    enough bread crumbs to cover top of casserole
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix cheese and margarine together.
    Cover carrots with mixture.
    Melt enough butter to hold bread crumbs together.
    Place on top of casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until browned.
