Cheese Pecan Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 to 2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    few drops hot pepper sauce (optional)
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine ingredients, form in a ball, wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
