Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt margarine.
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
Dip chicken pieces in melted butter or margarine, then coat with crumb mixture.
Reserve remaining butter.
Place chicken in baking pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
