Butter Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut each into 6 slices.
    Dry.
    Coat in butter in 2-quart baking dish.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Bake covered in single layer 20 minutes.
    Uncover; baste and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
