Layered Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, defrosted and uncooked
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Layer the ingredients in a bowl in the following order: lettuce, onions, celery, peas, mayonnaise, cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
This salad will keep 2 to 3 days in the refrigerator.
