Hamburger Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. inexpensive hamburger (must have fat)
    5 rounded tsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. ground pepper
    2 level tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. hickory smoke salt
Preparation
    First Day:
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand until well mixed. Cover. Refrigerate 24 hours.
