Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. whole milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed. Then add egg.
Beat until blended.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture at low speed.
