Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 cucumber
    1 small onion or 2 green onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Put cucumber, onions (chunked), mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and cottage cheese in blender.
    Blend until smooth; add pecans until chopped.
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Put Jell-O in boiling water; mix until dissolved.
    Add to blender mixture; mix until well mixed.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until firm. Serves 6 to 8.
