Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 sticks celery
    2 carrots
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    handful of bean sprouts
    soy sauce to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 x 6-inch egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Use a wok.
    Shred cabbage, chop onion, celery and carrots. Finely chop garlic.
    Brown meat and set aside.
    Brown garlic, onion, carrots and celery in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes, then add meat and cabbage.
    Cook until cabbage starts to wilt.
    Remove from wok.
    Drain in colander.
    Let cool.
    Roll mixture in wrappers.
    Fry in hot skillet (water end corner of wrapper so it will stick).
