Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can green beans
    1 can English peas
    1 small can pimentos, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    2 or 3 onions, sliced into rings (optional)
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and sugar in small pan and bring to a boil. Cool; add salad oil and salt.
    Drain beans, peas and pimentos. Combine with pepper, onion rings and celery.
    Pour dressing over vegetables and stir well.
    Cover bowl and let marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Drain before serving.
