Quick Skillet Pork And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American Mixtures San Francisco style broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red peppers, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserving 2 Tbsp. liquid)
    1 (9 oz.) jar sweet and sour sauce
    hot cooked rice, if desired
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add pork; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Remove with slotted spoon; keep warm.
    Add vegetables and 2 tablespoons reserved pineapple liquid.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Drain, if necessary.
    Add pork, pineapple and sauce.
    Cook until thoroughly heated.
    Serve with rice.
