Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans salmon
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. liquid
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. coarse cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.
    Blend in eggs. Stir in liquid from salmon plus milk to make 1 1/2 cups.
    Stir in remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
    If desired, the lemon juice may be omitted.
