London Broil With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 lb.) flank steak
    Mushroom Sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Place steak on a rack in a broiler pan; brush with half of oil mixture.
    Broil 6 inches from heat 5 minutes.
    Turn; brush with remaining oil mixture. Broil an additional 4 to 6 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
    To serve, slice steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
    Serve with warm Mushroom Sauce.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
