Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs (yolks only in pie)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 to 3 c. milk
coconut to taste
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add coconut and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Add meringue.
Sprinkle with coconut and brown in 350\u00b0 oven.
