Broccoli Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
2 c. pasta, cooked
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute garlic in chicken broth for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add broccoli and cook until crisp-tender.
Add mushrooms.
Cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add tomatoes, green onion, hot pasta and Parmesan cheese; toss.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 2 servings.
