Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    flour
    onion
    parsley
    2 Tbsp. oil
    water
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes round.
    Place potatoes in oil in skillet until brown.
    Drain oil; add water to cover potatoes. Sprinkle flour over potatoes and add onion and parsley.
    Stir every once in a while until thickened.
