Tamale Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    1 (No. 2) can cream style corn (2 c.)
    1/2 c. grated American cheese
    pitted ripe olives (may omit)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook onion, garlic, green pepper and celery in oil for 5 minutes.
    Add ground meat and cook for 15 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
    Add cream style corn.
    Mix cornmeal with milk and stir into mixture.
    Cook for 15 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
    Add cream style corn.
    Pour into greased pan, top with grated cheese and decorate with olives.
    Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
