Quick Fruit Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refrigerated reduced fat crescent roll dough
    1/3 c. whipped cream cheese
    1/4 c. fruit preserves
    1 beaten egg white
    Powdered sugar
Preparation
    Separate each crescent roll into a triangle.
    Spread 1/4 cream cheese on each triangle and leave a 1/4-inch border.
    Spread 1/4 preserves over cheese.
    Place another triangle on top and seal the edges.
    Repeat with remaining ingredients and brush tops with beaten egg white and bake according to package directions. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to suit your taste and serve warm.
